    Tiger Shaw from A1 Garage Door showed up today per schedule. An extremely pleasant young man, and he promptly diagnosed the problem. He explained theproblems, appraised the costs to correct them, received my approval, and set about to do the job. A little more than an hour later, job complete. Garage door now operates as it is supposed to.As I said before, pleasant young man to deal with - start to finish!I have sought help from A1 Garage Door previously, for other garage door issues, and have always received the same quality of service and professionalism from their staff.

    Our garage door was inoperable. We looked in the Shopper and came across A1 Garage Door Company. We had seen their ad several times before. Fortunately, they were able to come over that afternoon. A very pleasant employee by the name of Riley showed up on time at our home. He took apart our old garage door opener and found the problem. After discussing our options, we decided to replace the old one with an updated new one as ours was 20 years old. Riley was able to give us 3 options. He replaced our broken one on site that afternoon. We were extremely happy with his honesty and professionalism. We intend to use A1 in the future for all of our garage door needs. Thanks once again, Riley. Great job!

    2nd time using A1. Previously they took care of me in an emergency. Today they replaced our whole door. The whole A1 experience is different than any other service provider we've used. I'm excited that they offer lifetime warranty. We are now a member of the Worry Free Club!

    Having had many bad experiences with another garage door company (Overhead Doors), I decided to give A1 Garage door services a try.I was pleasantly surprised.Their communication was outstanding, and they got here the very next day for a barn door opener repair that I have been having issues with.Again, installed by Overhead doors and repaired by them 3 separate times and it still does not work right.So, I called in the A1 team and got rid of the "F" team.The technician contacted me by phone this morning telling me what time he would arrive, and he actually showed up on time. Imagine that someone that shows up when they say they will.I explained the issues I was having with Dylan; he diagnosed the problems and we decided to replace the whole roll up door unit which was a lift master 8500.We are going with a newer version that will work off your phone, called a 98022 which I ordered from Amazon and will be here Sunday.The Technician, Dylan will be back Tuesday to install it.It just does not get any better than these folks.This is what service is all about.In touch, on time and they do not try and take my wallet with them.Good price, good people. I highly recommend them for your overhead door needs.

    He did a great job and was timely. A1 was able to squeeze me in when I thought it was going to be a few days later. Joanne made an effort to accommodate me because the car was locked in behind the broken door. Steve's work and professionalism was refreshing when the "norm" is the opposite.

    The entire experience was incredible. I have put off getting my garage door fixed for nearly a year now, due to not wanting to deal with the hassle, but if I had known how simple and painless A1 was I would have pulled the trigger a long time ago. Scheduling an appointment was super easy, they were even able to get me in the very next day! When I went into labor shortly after scheduling the appointment, they were extemely accommodating with rescheduling to the following week. It was wonderful. When it came time for the appointment, Chris called and made sure it was a convenient time for us, then I received a text with a nice bio and photo so I knew who to expect. I thought this personal touch was great! Upon arrival, Chris was courteous, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. I was expecting to spend quite a bit to fix the door and Chris was able to complete the fix in less than an hour for half the cost I was anticipating.It is clear this company takes pride in their work and puts their customers first. They will be my top recommendation and first call if I encounter any future problems.

    Called for appointment to replace rubber seals. Scheduler was very courteous and was able to get us scheduled for the next day. This was not an urgent issue but happy for quick visit. Tech Jason was very pleasant, fun to work with. Ended up with almost complete overhaul of garage door lift system. A lot more than I planned at this time of year but the system sounds so much better. Would definitely work with them again.
